3. Your Account

When you create an account, please make sure your information is accurate and complete. You're responsible for keeping your account and password confidential and for controlling access to your computer.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis depending on the plan you choose.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes will apply to your next billing cycle.
• Free trial periods, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

5. Usage Limits

• Each subscription tier has a monthly limit on song matches. Unused matches do not roll over.
• Abuse of the service (e.g., automated scraping, circumventing limits) may result in account suspension.
• We reserve the right to modify usage limits with reasonable notice.

6. Our Content and Your Rights

All content on Audiori.ai, including text, graphics, logos, and software, belongs to Audiori.ai or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
